Rosa Pocop

Rosa Pocop is from Panajachel, which is the city where Casa Cultiva and Cultiva’s Guatemala Headquarters is located. She is a single mother of two teenage boys whose father has never been a part of their life. Rosa began working for Cultiva in 2016 and is responsible for all the housekeeping at Casa Cultiva where we house our humanitarian groups and she really enjoys meeting the volunteers. Your support of Cultiva has ripple effects. Not only do you help us equip, train and mentor families so they can lift themselves out of poverty. In order to accomplish that mission, we employ someone like Rosa who is now able to provide a better life for her children and support her widowed mother. You can sponsor her employment with Cultiva with an annual gift of $6,000 or a monthly gift of $500. Your gift will cover all of the costs associated with her annual employment — salary, benefits, and all Guatemala employment taxes and fees. You will be providing for Rosa and her family and making it possible for her to work to advance the mission of Cultiva.
